RETURNS POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you find yourself needing to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand that circumstances can change, and we are here to assist you.
To ensure we can maintain competitive pricing, we manufacture all our parts to order. Consequently, if you request a cancellation after the production of your order has commenced, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing and manufacturing your order.
14-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We are committed to your satisfaction and offer you the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them. To initiate a return, please notify us via email or letter within this 14-day window. Once you have informed us, you will have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
When returning items, please include essential documentation in the return package, such as the delivery note with your name, address, and order number. This information is vital for processing your return efficiently.
All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition and suitable for resale. We cannot accept returns of any products that show signs of use or damage. To prevent any potential damage during shipping, please ensure that the items are securely and adequately packaged.
Please note that if we receive items that are damaged upon return due to inadequate packaging, we will not issue a refund, and it will be your responsibility to file a claim with the courier that you used for the return.
A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returns processed under this policy.
Refunds will only cover the cost of the goods; unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage costs.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return under our policy. This includes:

Items purchased with prior knowledge of their faults or damage.
Please consider this carefully before making a purchase to avoid any inconvenience.
NON-RECEIPT OF ITEMS
In the event that you do not receive your ordered item, please inform us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Once we are notified, we will promptly contact the courier to initiate an investigation into the missing item. Please allow the courier up to 72 hours to conduct this investigation, as we will need to wait for their findings.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your parcel arrives and you notice that it is damaged, please sign for the item as “damaged.” We encourage you to photograph any damaged packaging before opening the parcel to inspect the contents.
If you find that the item itself is damaged, please take photographs of the damage and contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
