Fitting Instructions:

Installing the rear silencer delete pipes is a straightforward process that can enhance your vehicle’s performance and sound. Please follow the steps below carefully to ensure a proper fit and optimal results.

• Prepare the Standard Exhaust:
  Using a suitable cutting tool, carefully cut the factory exhaust pipe 8.5 inches away from the exhaust mount, as indicated in the accompanying photos. Ensure that the cut is clean and straight to facilitate a proper connection with the delete pipes.
• Exhaust Bracket:
  Remove the nut from the lower bumper bracket. Then, place the three washers included in the kit onto the stud, followed by the two-hole bracket. Refit the nut securely to hold everything in place.
• Fit the Rubber Mounting Bobbin:
  Next, install the rubber mounting bobbin as shown in the provided images. This component will help absorb vibrations and keep the exhaust system securely mounted.
• Install the Delete Pipes:
  Take the rear silencer delete pipes and position them where the standard exhaust was removed. Use the clamps provided in the kit to secure the delete pipes in place.
• Adjust the Exhaust Position:
  Once everything is in place, you can adjust the position of the exhaust. The delete pipes can be moved left and right as well as up and down by modifying the mounting bracket that comes with the kit. This adjustment ensures that the exhaust aligns perfectly with your vehicle’s aesthetic and functional requirements.

Recommendations:

• Recommended Tools: For a clean and precise cut, we strongly recommend using a power saw. This tool will provide you with easier access and greater accuracy compared to manual cutting methods.
• Use Exhaust Assembly Paste: When fitting the delete pipes, it’s essential to use exhaust assembly paste to create a secure seal. Please note that this paste is not supplied with the product, so be sure to have it on hand before you begin your installation.
• DIY or Professional Help: This kit is designed for easy do-it-yourself installation, making it accessible for most car enthusiasts. However, if you have any uncertainties or lack the necessary tools, we highly advise seeking the assistance of a professional mechanic to ensure the installation is completed safely and effectively.
